If your organization is tax-exempt (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or a state sales-tax exemption holder), request tax-exempt status once. After we verify your certificate, every CRN purchase you make with your account email is sales-tax-free, going forward, for individual plans and for organization seats alike.

We review every request and verify the certificate before approving. You will receive an email once your tax-exempt status is active, usually within 1-2 business days.
